Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. Grind Life Republic is not liable for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If an order must be reshipped due to incorrect shipping information, additional shipping fees may apply.

5. Delivered but Not Received

If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please allow 2–3 business days as carriers may occasionally mark packages as delivered before final drop-off.

We also recommend:

• Looking around your property for any safe drop-off locations

For cases involving potential theft, we may require a police report to proceed further, as mail theft is considered a serious offense.
