Refund policy
We want you to have a great experience with Grind Life Republic. Please review the policy below before requesting a return or refund.
1. Return Window
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Requests made outside of this timeframe may not be approved.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Must be unopened, unused, and in original sealed packaging
- Must include all original labels and contents
- Must be in the same condition as received
- Must be accompanied by a valid order number or proof of purchase
Important: Due to health and safety regulations, consumable hemp products (including flower, pre-rolls, edibles, tinctures, and concentrates) are not eligible for return once opened or if the seal has been broken.
3. Return Authorization Required (RMA)
All returns must be approved before being sent back.
To request a return, email support@grindliferepublic.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for the return
- Photos (required for damaged or defective items)
If approved, you will receive return instructions along with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include clear photos of:
- The outer shipping box
- Shipping label
- Product and internal packaging
Once reviewed, we will resolve the issue with a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used consumable products
- Any item with a broken seal
- Custom or personalized items
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before initiating a return.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, you may request a return (if eligible) and place a new order once approved.
7. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to an error on our end (incorrect item, verified defect, etc.), we will provide a prepaid return label.
- For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Grind Life Republic is not responsible for items lost during return transit.
8. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval status.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund

9. Additional Terms
Grind Life Republic reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet the conditions outlined above.
Customers are responsible for understanding their local laws before purchasing. We are not responsible for orders that are refused, returned, or seized due to local regulations, and such orders are not eligible for refund.
